Assignment 2
Deadline: Flexible, but please try to submit it before the mid-term exam
You have been provided a handout which is a manuscript of a research paper that got published in the Bulletin of the World Health Organization. You will be provided with the plain, unformatted text of that paper. Keeping the final manuscript in hand, your task is to format the unformatted text document to make it look like the final manuscript, in Word 2003.
Pay special attention to cross-referencing where required in your assignment, as whenever you have to repeat an endnote in your document, it is expected that your repeated endnotes will be linked to the original endnote reference number.
The unformatted text can be downloaded here in Word 2003 document format. The final paper manuscript of which you should have a printed copy is available here in PDF format.
