Experience
Dr. Saima Hamid works as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health. She has 10 years of teaching experience at the post graduate level in the field of reproductive health, biostatistics and epidemiology. Her core areas of expertise include curriculum design, study conception, design, analysis and report writing in field and facility based studies (qualitative and quantitative); Proposal development and Data Management; Review of Literature using electronic and static databases .

Teaching
My main teaching is in Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Research Methodology and Proposal Writing. In addition to the courses offered in the MSPH programme, HSA offers short courses from time to time in which I co-teach as well.
Research
My main research area of interest is adolescent health. I have worked in other areas as communicable diseases, reproductive health and health systems.
