Ministry of Health, Govt. of Pakistan
The Ministry of Health is responsible for matters concerning National Planning and Coordination in the field of health. HSA is an autonomous department of the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan.

German Technical Cooperation (GTZ)
GTZ is an international cooperation enterprise for sustainable development with worldwide operations. GTZ provides viable, forward-looking solutions for political, economic, ecological and social development in a globalised world. HSA is a joint project of the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan, and the GTZ.

Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU)
The Quaid-i-Azam University is recognised in Pakistan and abroad as an institution of high standards and its graduates receive acceptance in universities and research institutions the world over. HSA's Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) programme is affiliated with QAU.
