A  five day workshop on “Childhood Studies – Research and Ethics” is being held from 27th February to 2nd March, 2012 at HSA in collaboration with Global Health Division (IHCAR), Department of Public Health Sciences, Karolinska Institute, Sweden. The  lead facilitator Dr. Birgitta Rubenson is a Senior Lecturer at IHCAR, Sweden. This short course is designed to equip the participants with the skills and techniques to analyze childhood health problems and diseases from a public health professional perspective while adhering to ethical principles while researching children. Altogether thirty participants from health departments, hospitals and academia are attending the course.
